Trellis.ph is a technology platform that connects job seekers with hiring companies. Our clients are solely responsible for interviewing candidates, verifying the claims made in job postings, and making all hiring decisions. Your use of this platform does not guarantee employment or job interviews. The platform is not an employment agency, headhunter, or recruiter.
2.1. Accuracy: You are the sole author and owner of your applicant profile and uploaded resumes. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Trellis.ph reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
2.2. Public Visibility and Risk: Trellis.ph provides a feature that allows you to make your profile "Public" to registered employers. By enabling this feature, you explicitly consent to making your professional data discoverable. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with this public exposure, including the possibility that your current employer may discover your profile.
2.3. Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Trellis.ph is not liable for any unauthorized access to your profile resulting from a compromised password.
Trellis.ph utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to recommend open roles to you and to recommend your profile to hiring companies. You acknowledge that these are automated recommendations based on the skills and experience you provide. Trellis.ph assumes zero liability for AI matching outcomes, missed opportunities, or the final hiring decisions made by third-party employers.
When using the Trellis.ph Job Board, you agree not to:
Your use of the platform is governed by the Trellis.ph Privacy Policy. By using the Job Board, you acknowledge that applying for a job directly shares your data with the hiring company, at which point that specific company becomes the Personal Information Controller (PIC) of your application data. Trellis.ph will securely store your data until you delete your account or request data removal.
Trellis.ph provides this platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Trellis.ph assumes ZERO liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Job Board. This includes lost wages, missed employment opportunities, or privacy breaches outside of our direct control. If a court forcibly assigns liability to Trellis.ph, such liability shall be strictly capped at a maximum of ₱1,000.00 PHP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the Job Board shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of Makati City, to the exclusion of all other venues.
