  1. Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the dashboard, then select "Settings & Privacy."

  1. In “My Profile”, scroll down to the "Notifications" section and click the "Enable" button next to “Web Push Notifications”.

  1. A browser prompt will appear asking if you want to allow trellis.ph to show notifications. Click "Allow" to enable push notifications on your device.

  1. On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" located below the password field.

  1. Enter your email address, then click “Reset Password”. A confirmation window will appear showing that reset instructions have been sent to your email. Check your inbox and follow the link provided.

  1. Once redirected, enter your “New Password”, confirm it in the “Confirm Password” field, then click "Confirm" to complete the reset.

  1. Go to Security Settings and click the Change PIN button.

  1. Enter and confirm a new 4-digit (or longer) PIN, then click “Save PIN”.

  1. Once the success message appears, click “OK” to return to your settings.
